CAPTURING THE SPIRIT Is not only an English Countryside Adventure, it’s also about capturing and revealing your creative spirit. Karen will begin each morning with demonstrations and individual exercises, teaching you the process of learning to allow the image to magically appear. Each day there will be either a meditation, easy gentle yoga, or an amazing sound healing class to enable you to embrace your intuitive self.
During the week, you will also have a unique opportunity to tour the grounds and gardens of Castle Ashby with Lord Northampton, including a special private tour in the Castle. Tracy and Spenny Northampton may also join us for a few lunches and dinners, allowing for some fun and fascinating conversations. Other tours may include Bletchley Park, the principal Center of Allied Codebreaking during the Second World War and Delapre Abby. In addition, we have an early morning nature hike and on Saturday morning, bird ringing. You may also choose to go for a wild swim in the lake near Castle Ashby and you’ll also have some free time to explore on your own. This truly is a unique and rare opportunity.
